campsite perpignan

From memory it does not have a good reputation. Camping Ma Prairie is a far better bet if you wish to stay in that area.

I'd go along with Scotch Lad. Have stayed at Ma Prairie several times. Nice and close to Canet Plage and all the lovely beaches and ports up towards Narbonne and down towards Spain.

Ah roll on the summer and the September trip to Frnace again.

We had a week at Ma Prairie 8 years ago, as has already been said it is a lovely site. Our only complaint, we (about 20 people) went to the bar watch England play in the world cup. When we got there the barman refused to put it on as France was playing at the same time. We all walked out and went for a walk round the site a Dutch couple invited everyone to watch it at his Caravan. The only condition was we bought our own beer and chairs.

I was talking to the owner about fishing and he said a friend of his would take me Carp Fishing. Unfortunately the boss wouldn't let me go.
