Campsite Recipes

I seem to recall that PC used to print quick and easy recipes for use when camping/caravanning. I hope they can be reinstated in the magazine before too long. In the meantime is anyone able to give me some ideas of recipes that don't tie the poor old cook to the oven or hob for more time than is necessary whilst holidaying?

Ann - Buy yourself a small slow cooker and prepare recipes and leave to cook slow whilst you are out for the day. when you come back you will be greeted with some lovely aromas

Thanks Shiraz ... I have a slow cooker and a pressure cooker but get a bit tired of the same old stews, etc. Just wanted some idea of quickie recipes, apart from salad of course!
