Campsites very close to Bilbao ferry port

Does anyone have any recommendations please? We only want to be a few miles away if possible as the ferry leaves at 12.30pm. Alternatively is there any parking on the docks similar to Calais?

The port at Bilbao is accessable the night before your departure and many people with Caravans and motorhomes do use this facility as a last night stop.

Unlike Santander, Calais, Dover etc. There are no 'facilities' at the quayside that are open prior to boarding however, the authorities will let you leave the port via the footbridge over the railway line where you can go into the local town to enjoy the shopping, bars etc on the night before you leave.
