Can anyone recommend a decent porch awning?

Hi, after one of the poles broke a couple of weeks ago and then the contents of the awning got soaking wet last night, i've decided to bin my PDQ awning and get a decent porch awning.

Can anyone recommend a lightweight, quick to erect porch awning please preferably not from Pyramid.

Thanks for your help, Brian

Hi Brian

The outdoor revolution xl is a well made well engineered awning.Realy easy to put up,did mine sigle handed the other week at Sandringham cc saved all the rows with the other half so that cant be a bad thing.Hope this helps

Hi

We found the Isabella Magnum Moonlight to be an super porch awning and quite big too. We used it over the winter and whilst other people's awnings were damaged ours had no problems at all. I know they are expensive but the workmanship can not be faulted.

Hi we've got the Kampa Fiesta 350 Lightweight Awning and it's great as we bought the annex which gave us extra room.

We go away in a group of 6 vans and normally us ladies go first and set up with the kids and the husbands meet up with us once they finish work (and all the vans are set up) so it's definately an easy awning to put up.

we have 2 awnings, a porch awning from Dorema which we use in winter up in the Highlands of Scotland which has been brillient and has coped with as much snow as the highland weather can throw at us

we did have a dorema large awning for summer but had to sell due to getting a bigger van, we now have a issabella Moonlight awning for summer but cant comment on that as we havent used it yet
