WHILST I HAVE RECEIVED MY MAGAZINE 'AWARDS ISSUE' I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY ALAN ROGERS CAMPING AND CARAVAN GUIDES, OFFERED AS AN INCENTIVE TO TAKE OUT A SUBSCRIPTION. WHEN I TELEPHONED, THE LADY INDICATED THAT DUE TO HEAVY DEMAND THEY HAD RUN OUT, I SAID NO PROBLEM, SEND THEM IN DUE COURSE, HOWEVER THIS WAS BACK IN AUGUST. CAN YOU GIVE ME AN INDICATION OF THE CURRENT SITUATION WITH THE OFFER.

IN A PREVIOUS POST BACK IN SEPTEMBER THERE WAS ANOTHER COMPLAINT OF NON ARRIVAL OF THE PROMISED INCENTIVE, SO IS THIS AN ISSUE YOU NEED TO LOOK AT ?

HAVING SAID THAT I AM HAPPY WITH HAVING TAKEN OUT THE SUBSCRIPTION, AND HAVE FOUND THE MAGAZINE VERY INTERESTING AND INFORMATIVE. IT HAS HELPED ALONG WITH THE FORUM IN FORMULATING OUR PLANS TO JOIN THE CARAVANNING COMMUNITY FOR THE FIRST TIME, IN THE NEW YEAR.

Hi

Some positive feedback re subscription gifts for a change.

I subscribed about 3/4 months ago, received at least 1 magazine before payment was collected and the towing mirrors arrived soon after the 2nd or 3rd magazine.

No complaints so far, other than the Jan issue hasn't turned up yet but I'm sure that's down to the Royal Mail

can you avoid using only upper case for your postings please. It is more difficult to read, and it does go against the forum etiquette point 10
 
Seems PC magazine gets 100's of thousands of people subscribing every time they offer an incentive as on numerous occasions we read on this forum that they have run out of stock of the goodies.

I wish we had 100s of thousands of people subscribing!

In truth though, we have had some problems distributing subscriber gifts this year, when we changed suppliers. Problems should be sorted now, but any subscribers who are having problems should call the subscriber team on 08456 777812 to get things sorted.

Subscriptions taken out now are not affected

From a lot of previous posts and current one, PC obviously change suppliers in mid stride quite often. Probably why they change editors so often as the editors get fed up with all the flak.
