Can I replace a Dorema Awning side panel?

Hello,

I have a Dorema President 240 full awning and one of the zips on the side panel has broken. We've tried everything we can think of so far and can't get the teeth to join back together. Is there anywhere you can get a replacement? I have seen the mesh side panels which would work for a dry summer however we're in the UK so that's not a certain thing! Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Going to call Dorema to see what they suggest tomorrow. Thanks
 
Don’t know about a side panel; ebay May have something. However, the other thing to consider is a new zip. Have a look at specialised canvas, or Google awning alteration.

When they happened with our Dorema, they repaired it for us by replacing the zip. Cost was about £80 including postage and delivery.
Strangely about a year later we bought another Dorema due to change of caravan and within a few months the zip broke. That time it was repaired under warranty.
