Car Awning Thingy

I'm trying to remember the name of a sort of tent/awning that goes on the back of an estate car and makes a nice place to have your butties/BBQ. I'm sure I saw it featured in one or other of the magazines in the last 8 months or so.

Anybody help out, memory isn't what it used to be, must be that last pint I had!

I can remember seeing something similar and have flicked through a few old mags I've got lying around, but failed to find the one you need.

www.banchory4x4.com have a "Carnopy" advertised, which from memory is similar to the one I saw in a mag.

A Google search on "car awning" will bring up a number of other companies.

Hi Alf! I had a awning that fitted over the back of the car, a few years ago now,but they were known as "carex".It think they still go under this name.
 
Pretty close, but it was "caranex" I had one until recently. It was OK, providd the car was long enough to sleep in. Didn't use it much tho'.Too much hassle to erect, as I recall.
