Car beam benders/deflectors

I am going to France in a couple of weeks and of course will need headlamp beam benders (is this what they are called?). Do I need to buy a new set each time I visit Europe, as they are stick-on aren't they, or is there a clip on type that can be removed and used over and over again? Or maybe there is another way. Just wondered because it would be expensive shelling out each time I leave Britain.
