Can anyone let me have their thoughts and opinion or experiences please on services I hope I shall never need; that is recovery of car and caravan arising from a breakdown or accident.
Been a member of the AA for a considerable number of years but it appears their services may fall a little short of total piece of mind when it comes to the world of caravan breakdown/recovery.
Looking at the RAC Arrival package of covering two cars for roadside assistance, breakdown/accident recovery and home start.
Appears from what I am being told that even in the event of an accident, both the van and car can be recovered and if going on holiday, one can be taken first to the holiday destination and then picked up later and returned home.
Any advice or comment please on these packages or are there alternative options out there.
As I say, I hope these are precautions and will not be required.
Many thanks
PS: No intention of going abroad as have two bearded collies and no human passports!
