Caratape

Hi,

Just wonderded if anyone has used this tape.It is as the advert says"Protects without removing the rails" all this relates to a damp caravan.Your views please.Jim
 
I have used a clear tape although not caratape to temporarily repair water ingress along the awning rails of my van & it has done the job,however it's not so easy to go round curves without it wrinkleing up. caratape is not cheap & I have heard it is just as difficult to get a smooth finish B&Q do a clear 3inch waterproof tape & you can get Ductape clear now as well
 
Curved sections may be a bit easier if you do them in overlapping short lengths rather than try for a continuous piece. Just a thought.
