Caravan annual service costs

Sadly inflation is hitting hard
Here's a copy of today's service invoice. He was here three hours and worked very hard. More than last year.
Biggest increase was the four one shot axle nuts🙀
All good, no damp, says mine is the oldest on his books!

Just had my single axle done £242 Inc everything.
Damp readings all good which considering it's an Elddis and the weather we have had is good.
Only downside is a couple of minute cracks which I can sort and a dimple in one of the tyres that he recommends I replace so that's 2 new tyres as they are 2021 so might as well do both.
Next year's service already in the calendar.

£225 for my single axle - at least he didn't have the brass to charge extra for one-shot nuts - he did though find a stack of extras, mostly time-expired items like Alde fluid, gas regulator, smoke detector plus stabiliser pads. He couldn't do everything that day but he only lives two roads away so he popped round on Sunday to finish off.

Swift approved workshop £210 including the one shot nuts, we always used to have the caravan service at Salop Leisure Shrewsbury the last service in August 2025 £312, unfortunately the service was total pants, I did complain but they went into closed shop mode, however they offer a 20% discount of the next service, I declined.
