I've had 3 NR awnings over the years and have been very pleased with all of them. They now only sell direct to the public which means it is difficult to see one before you buy. But I expect the next 10 replies you get will all go for a different make. Everybody wants different things from their awning. Someone told me the after-sales service was poor from NR but I have never had a problem.
Isabella also make a less expensive range. Called Ventura.
The real reason to get an isabella is the fabulous frame - fiberglass.
HOWEVER Ventura awnings have fiberglass poles. In fact they have the Isabella poles. I know this cos I broke one of mine and the isbella distribution point in the UK is near where I live.... I went to it to get my ventura pole... they are all the same poles !!!
So you get a Ventura awning with isabella poles for much less money.
we bought a Charisma last year, bought a dorema to go with it, as far as we are concerned, superb, light, easy to fit, and most important very quick to erect and pak away.
