Caravan blinds

Hi all. Can anyone out there give me some advice on how to re tension the blinds on my 2005 caravan.Do they need to be taken off completely, do they need to be in the open or closed position etc.? Your advice would be very welcome. 🙂
 
You dont say what van you have but yes you can proberly retension in place on the top of the blind on either the right or left hand side,should be a piece of plastic you can pull off to get to the tension spring end to ajust..

Thanks Eddie, but how is it re tensione? I'm a bit wary of doing something wrong and losing all the remaining tension.
