Hi Suffolks, welcome to the Practical Caravan forum
The new presenter has been the subject of a lot of forum criticism and it's true that he's made one or two mistakes.
What we ought to try to remember though is that it's one thing to hold a conversation with people that we know but it's quite another to try to highlight something to it's best advantage on tv.
A look at popular tv bloopers programmes shows that even seasoned professional broadcasters often slip up and the new Caravan Channel presenter doesn't pretend to be an experienced tv presenter. Every word or gesture is magnified through the medium of television so, as I suspect has happened in this case, the presenter knew what he wanted to say but hadn't really thought very much about how he was going to say it
.
I'm sure that the new presenter will grow into the job if we give him the chance
