I worked out in Vlissenger (Flushing as we call it) a couple of years back, there is a lovely site there and the beach is fantastic. There are loads of eateries and bars and the town square seems to have a festival or party on just about every weekend; they make stuff up if there is nothing to celebrate. Seriously they had a party for the Queen visiting the town, except that it she wasn’t.
