Anyone ever thought of having a practical caravan forum club.. perhaps organise rallies etc..might even meet a contact..start regional..then open up national

It’s a good idea.
The Practical Caravan mag used to organise an annual rally. Usually at Stowford Meadows. They packed it in many years back. Check out the Woosie thread in Chit Chat. We try to organise a meet every so often although the practicalities are currently eluding us.
Feel free to make a start on some organising.

The Woosies try to meet every year at a mutually chosen venue.
Everyone is welcome, it's not a formal club as such but a group of forumites who enjoy meeting together for meals, drinks, quizzes and good company.

When Nigel Donnelly was editor the magazine organised overseas rallies, they were very good value, with optional organised outings and events included, those who enjoyed a memorable last night dinner at Mont St Michel still remember most of it fondly!
