Caravan fridge problem

I'm posting this on behalf of a friend who has a 2 year-old Lunar.

He recently had a problem with a pin coming adrift on his hook up leads. Subsequently he found that his fridge would not work on either gas or mains. He has checked all, easily accessible fuses, but found them to be okay.

Does anyone have any suggestions.

Tim

No disrespect but if the problem started after the pin became faulty, then check there first. also if there is a relay in the boot, there is a 10amp fuse protecting that.

The problem with the fridge is not when the caravan is hooked up to the car but when the caravan is detached from the car. The fridge will not then work on mains or gas.

The most likely problem is the the fridge hs lost it's refridgerant gas. The only way to find out and get it sorted is with a spcialist fride repairer
