Hi,

There is only one burner jet in the fridge, so it's probably:

1. A partly blocked jet - needs to be replaced

2. A partly blocked burner tube - needs the soot cleaning out

3. A faulty flame failure device - also works as the thermocouple

Sounds like it needs a service.

Hello Sally,

I agree with Rob Jax but I add one inmportant rider. Because it is a gas system all service work including the making and breaking of gas pipe joints should be caries out by a competent person.

If an insurance claim arrises afetr an unqualified person has worked on the gas system your insurance may be void.
