Can anyone advise if the Sainsburys fuel station before Newhaven Port is large enough to fuel a car towing a caravan. We would like to top up before we board the ferry to France
Thanks Again

Google Earth Street View is your friend - I'd take my outfit through Sainsbury's Newhaven on the basis of it - although you'll need to be careful coming away from the pumps.

Thank you for that Roger. Yes, I forgot all about the google view. I'll get my husband to do the tricky manoeuvre away from the pumps...tee hee.
Thanks again

I would not fill up before leaving for France. Even on the motorway fuel is far cheaper. I usually take a reasonable amount but would never consider going with a full tank.

Hear, hear - why on earth would you want to fill up in the UK? We usually get on the ferry "running on fumes", there is always a fuel station open near the (French) port.
