Caravan Grab Handles

Hi

Has anyone replaced their front grab handles, mine have become all discoloured and don't look good, and feel my van would look better with a new set.

Or alternatively, does anyone know if I can cover/paint them with anything

hi, theres a post in here somewhere which refers exactly to that reeca, dont remember the replies but there were quite a few. no doubt you will get good advice shortly.

There are several ways around this one,but I did mine by rubbing them down and respraying them.

I did remove them from the van by the way

how did you take them off the van, are they attached from the inside?

try some rags soked in bleach rapped around handles

To remove the grab handles the nuts are on the inside of front locker I think mine were 10mm spanner size ,its an easy job the only thing to do is get the right colour match

What make caravan do you have

paint them silver no need to try to hard to match them hamerite smoth .
