Caravan Grease Points

Hello Folks.

Me and my wife have bought a Compass Rallye 360 (1985) as our first caravan.

However the caravan has been stood for about a year and in order to bring it home it needs to travel about 50 miles.

Does anybody know where /if there are any grease points for the axles and wheel bearings.

Thanks In advance

I had a 1989 Compass 360 Rallye. The only 2 grease nipples are on the top of the drawbar, there aren't any on the wheels, but you can remove the cap on the hub and repack with new grease to get you home. You can then remove the hubs as the hub nuts are retained by split pins, unlike more modern vans with "one shot" nuts.

If you do remove the hubs, use new split pins when replacing them.
