We picked up our new to us van today, and what a pleasure it was everyone we dealt with could not do enough to help. A couple of minor issues we noticed were put right straight away. I don't know if you can name dealers for praise so i won't. But when you see the problems some people have its nice that there are some dealers who go the extra mile. We were shown every mortal thing on the van and had to fill in a checklist to say we understood it all. Happy Bunnie just need to try it out in a few days.

Hi
The forum etiquette tells us not to publish names of parties involved in a dispute becasue it could harm a case, and PC do not want to be implicated in any defamatory matters.

But there is nothing to stop the praise where praise is justified.

Nice to hear of good service rather than complaints. A bit late now but videoing the handover or at least the technical bits can help when you arrive on site and find you forgot what they showed you.
