We are driving to Duinrell in Holland next year with our caravan, anyone does this trip and have any recommendations for service stations we can stop at on the way? Always tricky when towing where to stop! Thank you!

We never use the Designated Caravan parking areas, in Europe, Especially France as they are too small, more suitable for Eribas, not for a 7 meter Coachman. Tend to use the lorry parks , and never leave the caravan unattended. The Aires in France are fine"Normally" .

We got to Holland at least once a year to see my family and most of the motorway services do have enough space in the lorry parks to accomodate for caravans. Just like Hutch said, never leave the van unattended, we don't even do that here in the UK.
For your journey, are you going via the Eurotunnel or ferry directly to Hoek van Holland? Via the Eurotunnel would mean going via France and Belgium as well. France, only short part of the journey and no reason to stop at all I would say (and suggest). Belgium longer part of the journey with plenty of services to stop at and also decent ways to refill for diesel/petrol.
