Has anyone ever felt that they had been ripped off when using or attempting to use vouchers for free nights at caravan parks, if so what did you do about it?

I take it you mean Site Night Vouchers which are earned when spending money on The Caravan Club's credit card Frizzell. I wouldn't put it as strongly as ripped off but I was a bit surprised by the rule of 2 adults and 2 children go free for one night, when I had to pay the full price for my son who is an adult with learning difficulties.We are only a party of 3 my wife my son and I.

It's not bad though and works out about 0.8% cashback.
