Be aware some polishes are abrasive,if you caravan is clean and free from any blemishes then use a good quality wax, I've used Armorall Speed wax(contains carnuaba wax). I've always been satisfied with the results and easy to apply

Came with two a yellow and a blue in the box
What does each colour do for the cleaning process. I’ve considered waterless cleaners but must admit to being a bit of a dinosaur in that respect. Although if I cleaned cars more often I might be persuaded.

You just spray it and wipe with one cloth and then wipe of with the other i started at the back panel and worked around the caravan it now got a lovely shine but the roof will be washed and polish with the person you pay and he very reasonable .

Thanks but what does each colour bottle do. Is one a wash the other a surface polish. Or are they the same but just different coloured bottles.

Coloured bottles? Where did that come from🤔

BB has a blue and a yellow microfibre cloths. You can use them for the entire process.
The Greased Lightning does work but if the paint is heavily soiled I’d wash it with water and sponge first.

There only one bottle with a two microfibre cloths one yellow and one blue (y)
BB thanks for the feed back. Since your previous post I have been looking at some detailing websites and the common theme is that waterless cleaners are effective on lightly soiled vehicles. . But they emphasise the need to use a good number of high quality 350gsm, or higher, microfibre cloths to avoid scratching the vehicle paintwork. Estimates varied between 12-20 for a car. So get stocks in now for the caravan 😂

After a quick water rinse down do you have to have the car dry before using Greased Lightning?

Being a bit over cautious, we would never use a waterless cleaning agent on either a caravan and especially a car.

I guess it also depends on the cars colour. Once out off roading in the Cotswolds the green lanes were all embracing. The Shogun ahead of me did show scratches being a dark colour. Mine being white didn’t show, but of course they were there all the same. One guy came over from the Netherlands in his mother’s Land Cruiser which had been pre wrapped in a clear polymer coating.

Yes. But if there is no real visible dirt then it will work well without causing damage providing you use the micro fibre cloths.
I don’t use it on the cars , moreso the caravan roof and front . Never seen any scratches .
