Caravan replacement tap help

Evening all....I have a tap like the one I've attached but it's a beige version and it's cracked at the base which means it leaks water every time you use it....I thought easy fix, I'll take it off and replace it...Well after hours googling it I've found that that tap is now discontinued. Any clues to where I might find one or would I be OK to just change over with a standard mixer tap??

Thanks in advance

It shouldn't be difficult to cover a 48mm hole with something with a 32mm hole cut into it. If you have a hole cutter, you could buy an unglazed square tile - 50mm square - they come in a variety of shades. Cut the new hole, fix the tile in place and fit a domestic tap to the sink. This is all supposing your existing tap doesn't use a micro-switch to operate it.

Or even a washer shape with a 32mm inner hole and >48mm diameter in a suitable colour perspex then silicone in place to seal and fit the new tap.
