Hello All.

Well, it is that time when my van must go... not sure what catergory to put this in, so bear with me please.

How do I find a place to take it in the Evesham area?
As it is aliminium chasis ( aliminium being pricey) would Iget anything for it?

Or if anyone has any ideas for me. It is a 1991 swift challenger

I very much doubt it is an aluminium chassis, it will be galvanized steel, shell will be though.

You could try advertising it on a free online website such as Gumtree if you just want the caravan gone. You could suggest a small nominal price or just give it away to the first to collect it.

What Parksy said.

Scrap prices are on the floor anyway.

I have a reasonable amount of scrap lead and copper from renovation projects undertaken by my son and it is not worth the effort to take it to a scrap dealer at present.

It is cluttering up a corner of the burrow much to Mrs Anseo's displeasure.

Smiley.
Are you hanging up your towbar :(
There must be a number of crop farmers in your area who may have a use for your Challenger. Summer time pickers

Doesn't stop the price of new copper wire and pipe for ever going up. It is becoming a precious metal.

The value to a scrap dealer of a caravan is reselling its fittings, not the metal.

Take a photo of it and put it on ebay starting at £9.99. The ad won't cost anything.
