Caravan Servicing

We have a 2008 Eldiss Crusader Supersirocco( excuse spelling)

We are having it serviced end of January. We have been told that in the service all the wheel nuts will have to be replaced.Why!!... This is a twin axle van which is 10 months old. Has any one else experienced this and could explain why. If not, we will have to question the dealer before the service takes place.

Its probably not the wheelnuts but the "hubnuts" of which there is one on each of your wheels. These are what are called "one shot" and when they are removed during the service to inspect the brakes and wheelbearings, they cannot be used again and have to be replaced. However, they are fairly cheap. Your service agent should confirm this
