Caravan Site accident - Anyone lnow ?

An item in News of the World on 2nd Sept mentioned an accident on Caravan Club site in York with youngster on bike in collision with a caravan.

Does anyone know any more please ?

Nothing legal, I just don't like moving vehicles and young cyclists on site.
