If you are a member of the CC you'll find a list of about 20 sites in Slovakia in Volume 2 of Caravan Europe.

Although it's not in Slovakia, you might be interested to have a look at Lake Balaton, in Hungary. It's only a few hours from the Bratislava area of Slovakia, and is a really nice place for a holiday. The lake is one of the largest in Europe, and has several caravan sites. We stayed last year at Badascony Camping, which I can recommend. The eastern side of Slovakia, and the Tatra mountains is supposed to be good, but the western side is rather uninteresting.

Have you tried Select sites? They normally have a good range of sites
