Caravan TRACKER 12 volt Security Tracking

Has anyone come across this piece of kit on ebay under caravan security?

Does anyone know about these things and if so is it any good?

Would it reduce insurance cost for having this tracker system fitted?

The person selling is Trackershack and again is under Caravan Security on E Bay. Im interested however no nothing about this subject and it sounds too good to be true at £39 (proberbly is)

I had phantom tracker fitted, they are there waiting for your van to move 24-7 and will then ring you and tell you its on the move. I cant remember the exact cost, but it was a damned site more than thirtynine pounds, I cant see you getting much for your money, be careful.
