the previous caravan i had the tyres were reinforced. on this van i will be getting i dont think that they are. can you buy reinforced tyres for caravans that have not had them in the past.?

I urge you to get your tyres checked out because it sounds like normal car tyres have been fitted to your caravan. These simply cannot carry the weight of a caravan on two wheels.

You need 6ply tyres on a caravan which are stronger than car tyres of the same size.
 
David, as Brum said you need 6 ply reinforced tyres on your caravan as most of the weight is on the 2 tyres. You can get these from most tyre places as they are small van tyres. They will probably cost about
