The plastic(?) which surrounds the CHRIS information on the caravan window has fallen of and has left a sticky mess round the number. What should I use to remove the sticky glue without damaging the perspex window?
Harry
Hi Harry, I had the adhesive from site pass's all over my window and asked the same question.
Two good suggestions 1) Meths which I used and worked wonders
2) WD40 which was to be my 2nd choice
But with both methods make sure you use plenty of soapy water to clean area afterwards.
Also try and do it on a cloudyish day, so the windows are not too warm.
Hi Kev
Thought about Meths and White Spirit but did not want to take a chance with them. Never considered WD40 but as I have a WD40 stick I could try it on a small part first or go for the Meths method. Thanks for the tips.
