We need to amend our insurance, but trying to get through to the insurance section is a nightmare. I have been trying since about 9am today and holding on for up to 20 minutes at a time with no reply. Altogether spent well over an hour holding on. Can't use the online as it is an amendment and can't get through.
If they are that busy, one would think they would increase their staff numbers as every time we have phoned in the past it has taken ages to get through.
