Hi,
I recently inherited what I believe is a Carlight Commander 152.
It is sound for towing as it was towed from Co. Wicklow, Ireland to me in Yorkshire with no problems, and for the last few weeks I've had it on paving slabs, with the legs down to keep the weight off the tyres. It's clean and complete inside, but for a few missing glasses in the drinks cabinet bit. All the bits and bobs work - cooker etc.
It has a bit of dampness around one window and in the one corner it's gotten damp and the veneer stuff is peeling away. That's not immediately obvious though and I'm guessing it could be put right?
It's a truly lovely, solid, smart caravan and were I a bit better off I would not consider selling it but I need to really. I'm not sure what to ask though? The previous owner was offered £1400 for it last year, which he refused. I've seen another go for £2400 but it may have been without the damp problems?
Thanks for any help.
