Carp fishing with caravan in france

Hi all....bit of a long shot here...I've been into carp fishing for nearly 40 years and been caravaning for nearly 20...I would love to combine the two...it will be for myself my wife and my border collie...ideally I would like to pitch up on the side of a pond/lake or river somewhere no more than 2 hours from Calais...nice, safe, secluded, picturesque with a good chance of 20lb+ carp...I know there are such places but it's like looking for a needle in a haystack....is there anyone on here that can help me...please PM me if you don't want to give too much away..many thanks.

Try Camping du Vivier aux Carpes Saint Quentin 02100.
It’s just to the west of St Quentin in a village called Seracourt la Grande.
There are two carp lakes, pitches by the lakes and a lot of British weekend carp fishermen.

Can't help you in France, but I think Moorland Farm near Weston Super Mare would be right up your street. You could open your caravan window and fish from inside if you wanted. It's a CL so you have to be a CAMC member. Toilets and shower on site and a field where you can exercise your dog off lead.
