carpet fitting

I am looking to fit new carpet in my van,has any one done this before either themselves or by a fitter,advise please..many thanks

I did mine fairly easily with a roll end of carpet. I took the old carpet out, which was just stapled to the floor, turned it upside down onto the back of the new carpet and drew round the edges. I then just cut the carpet out using a straight edge, stanley knife and scissors and stapled it back in with a staple gun. The transformation is amazing.

With an Avondale the spare wheel access is from inside, How do you replace the carpet in the access panel ??
