carver cascade 2 no hot water

hi guys today I have been pulling my hair out with this one ive spent most of the day trying to get hot water .
first of all the gas is working on hob and gas fire but no hot water . I have green light on then between 10 and 30 seconds in I get a red light . I have bleed the system and refilled heater, purged the gas and now im at a loss any ideas would be appreciated …
ive had this van about a year and in the process of modernising it new carpets, celling and lights next is to re paper the walls.
but on checking every thing today I realise there is no hot water …… thanks in advance

As you are getting a failure red light after a short time it is almost certainly the burner module has failed and will need a new one.
As Carver no longer exist as far as this water heater is concerned as it was taken over by Truma, there are no spares readily available any more.
However , the only person I know who will be able to help is Gary at Arc Systems. He specialises in keeping all things Carver working and I am pretty sure he will have a burner module but they are certainly not cheap.
Give him a ring on his mobile, and be prepared for a long conversation.
