My water Heater will not fill up, no water from the hot taps. May the fault be the none return valve not allowing water to flow.

Please Advise.

Highly possible.

The NRV can sometimes be dismantled and the Oring seal repositioned properly on its carrier, but other times it may too damaged to reuse.

How old is your van and when was the last time the hot water worked?.I would think it is the none return valve, but before you change it try blowing up the pipe there could be some debris stuck,then try and fill again.keep the topic up to date with your progress.
