We have just bought a caravan

and it has a carver Cascade 2 heater in for hot water & we havnt a clue how it worrks any information would be gratefull Thanks!!!
 
Hi Amanda, when you sitch the heater on you will hear a raid clicking noise which is the heater trying to ignite, on ours we have to do this 3 or 4 times the first time and then it sparks up the 1st time.

There are three different lights on the front of it, if you see just the green light the heater has ignited and everything is ok. If you see any other colour ie: yellow or red it is not working properly.Our heater sparks of the battery. I hope this helps.
