hello everybody.i have aproblem with our water heater.the heater accepts water into the heater,the heater gets hot but when i switch on the hot tap i can hear the pump running but no water comes out of the tap.
i have removed the cold water feed to the heater and water is getting into the heater but when i remove the hot water feed out of the heater and switch on the tap the pump runs but no water comes out of the heater body.
any help will be greatly welcomed

The most likely problem is the cold water inlet valve is stuck or damaged and needs replacing.
Other than that there is a blockage in the waterway within the heater.
