carver water heater

just recently purchased a citroen relay camper. it has a carver water heater and not working properly. it appears to be filling up ok and heating up but not getting hot water through taps. can anyone help?

discussed hot water not beong supplied by a Carver Cascade water boiler.

It is evident that there is a number of possible reasons for this problem occurring (eg. a faulty non-return valve on the boiler) and diagnosis will require a systematic approach.
