Haven't stayed on this site for a number of years as we now prefer the smaller CL type sites. However this is a nice site, well kept with an indoor swimming pool, not sure if the outdoor one is still in use. There is a restaurant on site. It is good for families.If i remember correctly the last time i had a look around their were both hardstanding and grass pitches although it looked as if the h/s ones were seasonal.It has a very large number of statics which may reflect in the price. The site is easily accessed as it is directly off the A75 which can be a bit noisey if you are unfortunate to be on that part of the site. It is in a lovely area for walking,touring, cyclying etc.
