Hi, this has been posted in Buying but I wasn't sure whether it was the correct section so I am repeating it here. We picked up our brand new Swift Challenger 540 in June just in time for our main holiday. We checked to make sure that everything was working and discovered that the water from the shower was leaking onto the bedroom carpet. There was a strip missing from the bottom of the door which was then sent in the post. On our main holiday, we discovered that there were cracks down one side of the shower, the door would not close due to problems with the seal, the toilet roll holder fell off. We have not used the shower apart from the test before our main holiday. We have contacted Swift and the dealer so they are aware of the problems and an engineer came to see the van today. Can anyone give us some advice as to where we stand legally or has anyone just purchased a new Swift and had the same problem. How was it resolved? We would be very grateful for any advice and help.
