change from steel rim,s to alloy wheels

Hi I have been thinking of changing the wheels on my Bailey ranger 2007. At present they have steel rims i have been offered a pair of bailey alloy wheels same size. What would i have to change to fit them. Would it be striaght swap would i have to change studs nuts etc ???? Has any one done this help please.
