CHANGE OF CARAVAN

We have a Eldis Crusader Superstorm and would like to replace it with a newer model. We would like to have one with the shower pod in the middle with 4 or 5 single births. However all the new models seem to have a fixed bed. I wonder if any one has any knowledge of a twin axle 21feet (approximately) with the above arrangements?

Incidentally how can one register his address as UK, GB or England when it doesn't offer these choices?

We have a 2007 Superstorm (6berth) and selected this layout for reasons similar to your own as for the odd weekend we have 4 adults in the van.

The L-Shaped lounge can be used as a double or 2 singles depending on the size of the occupants. 2 adults one 5 ft 10 and the other 5ft 6 slept comfortably in them as it is less hassle than making up the double.

The rear parallel lounge can be a double or 2 singles with bunks above and I am sure the 2008 layout has remained unchanged.

A look at the Explorer-Group website will confirm. A cheaper alternative would be a used Avante 636, which has 2 parallel lounges. Similar size to the Crusader but not as well spec'd but is good value for money.
