Not sure it was really about caravans but more a lighthearted documentary following four lots taking a short break. Not sure any were typical caravanners if there is one but it did show the couple who had never used one before actually deciding to buy one so overall it was positive. Three of the caravanners were a bit eccentric but that was not a problem.
A caravan series might work as the Granada Men and Motors series Caravan Sights was apparently one of their best watched programmes, so there is an appetite for a serious one if any of the stations are willing to try it.
