Cheapest Place to live and own a Caravan?

I was just wondering where the cheapest place is to live as a Caravan Owner, based upon the annual costs of running your Caravan before any trips

Living in Portsmouth, my costs for 2007 are:

* Caravan Service: £249.18 done at the Supplying Dealer & Main Bailey Agent for a Single Axle Caravan

* Storage Costs: £660 per year (CaSSOA Gold Site) - have no option to store at home

* Insurance: £282.00 per year

And I get a bottle of brandy from his wife, cos she sometimes leaves her Discovery in the yard!

No disrespect but should you not also include the costs for the towing vehicle? After all it is a bit difficult to move the van without one.
