I've been trying for three days now to book on this site. The direct line just refers me to the CCC booking office, which has a ginormous queue. I've never used their booking office before, but if this how it works, I'll not be using again! I'll try to find a CC cl which I can talk to direct. Any suggestions, anyone?
 
Maybe they've been busy with the school holidays and the wedding, have you tried using the online booking system - very easy and we've had no problems with it so far.

You will not be disappointed with the Chertsey site. The shower block is fantastically clean and well maintained. The staff are very friendly and always happy to talk whilst going about there work.
We've always have had a lovely time there, even using the site to visit central London.
