You will know from previous posts what really matters is the FSH and detailed annual damp test reports . Plus proof of good legal title to the caravan for sale.

With the Bailey, not only check the damp readings but physically look under the van floor particularly in the corners

Leaking roof straps was an issue on some Baileys but I think that they were later than 2011. Really comprehensive damp check is key. Getting a mobile tech to give your preferred van the once over may be money well spent
